The cracks around the eyes are beautifully done. It gives off the effect that she is blind or that her vision is distorted and that she sees the world as broken.

I love the brass colours they are warm yet chilling and give the piece a memory feel.
I like how the mages in the background appear to come from or relate to the girl, its like while she is playing she is remembering those things.

Its all very touching and stunning.

Superb work! I love the golden, vaguely-burnt (even I'm not completely certain what vaguely burnt is) hues here. What love about your work is the detail one can often find in it, and this is no exception. I'm having a lot of fun simply staring at this piece (that is a face I spy in the backgroun, yes?).

And I'm espcially glad that you are satisfied with it, too. :heart:

you are most definitely back. this is amazing, very scary yet harmonic. i love the warm toned colors and the structure of the background.
